Sandy, Shannon and Morgan,
When I think back over the 25 years I've known Pete, I always recall his good natured, easygoing manner, and his sense of humor with that distinctive laugh and twinkle in his eye. Good guy and a real gentleman. Our thoughts are with you.

You are in my prayers and thoughts. I met Peter once and Sandy once at separate cancer support meetings at the YMCA. I met both of you once and you both impressed me so much as wonderful, caring, loving people. Please know you are in my thoughts.

I dont even know where to begin--im so very sorry for your loss. I didn't know Mr Macdowell but i work with his daughter Morgan and i know how she feesls abot her dad. I know that Morgan considered her father her world and to see the sadness in her eyes shows me that he was so very loved. To the Macdowell family, may Gods prayer help you all through this tough time and may ur pain be eased by knowing that he is Gods angel and is always watching over u all.
Love you Morgan

So saddened to hear the news. Such wonderful memories of youth--basketball-wiffle ball--climbing the rocks in the stone quarry-- playing ping pong on the good dining rm table at East Avenue-- playing chess--could go on and on-living as a neighbor in Saratoga for all those years from birth to graduation from high school--one of my brothers best friends Peter will always have a special place in my heart---I only wish all children could experience such a wonderful neighbor hood made up of wonderful and fun times.
