Diana and family, we fondly recall Ralph and you back in the early 1970s when we were in Connecticut while I engaged in the legislative program review study with Eagleton Institute. We had many good times socializing. I enjoyed working with Ralph on the Eagleton Project. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. May your memories sustain you now and forever.

Dear Linda So sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. He was a good friend of my brother Walter. I remember them working on an old Ford in your backyard with Sal Zocco and his brother. I remember when you and Ralph stopped by our 50th class union at WCC when you were in town for a wedding in 2014. Everyone who knew him will miss him.
Regards, Brian Neville

Ralph was a great friend and colleague. His accomplishments during his quarter century as Director of the legislature´s Office of Fiscal Analysis made the state a better place for all who live in it. Our thoughts are with Diana and her family.

Diana, We are so sorry. From our single days and then weddings and children and our boating years it has always been a pleasure to look back on. We laughed and teased and Ralph took it good naturedly. We will always remember you both.
