Richard MURDOCK Obituary

MURDOCK, Richard F. Richard F. Murdock, 94, of Coventry, husband of Helen (Suffish) Murdock, died Monday, (February 15, 2010) in Willimantic. He was born April 25, 1915, in Manchester, the son of John and Frieda Murdock and had lived in Coventry most of his life. In addition to his wife of 68 years, he is survived by two daughters, Carol Ann Slivinskas and her husband, Al, of Newington, Kathleen Carmienke and her husband, Albert, of Manchesterl and a grandson, Sean Carmienke. His family will receive friends on Friday, from 10-11 a.m., at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic, with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Coventry. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Regency Heights Recreation Dept., 595 Valley St., Willimantic, CT 06226 or a charity of the donor's choice.
