Dear Lyn, Bobbie, Kristen and the entire Finkeldey and Palmisano family,

We are so very sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved Robbie. Robbie and our son Sean were friends growing up in Westbrook.
I can remember Sean talk about the good times he had over at Rob's Old Lyme home, riding the dirt bikes and just hanging out being friends.

Robbie's life ended much too soon leaving you all with a bottomless ache in your heart. We know because we lost Sean 6 weeks ago.
Sean and Robbie are together now riding dirt bikes, sharing some laughs and catching upon their friendship.
Our prayers are with you for strength and guidence to get you through this heartache.

My heart goes out to all of you who lost Robbie.
Everyone matters, everyone counts and no one is perfect. This is a difficult world to grow up in these days. May he rest in peace with our Lord, and I pray that God grant you all comfort.
I know it's difficult to find, I know the pain of loss.
God be with you and grant you peace.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Robert and Lynn and Family,
We are so very sorry for your loss.

One can feel the pain that the writer of this obituary is going through. I have always believed that no matter how ones life goes in the material world, that we are all seeking endless peace in the hands of God. Robbies passing assures him a longer shelter from the turmoils of life and peace in those hands, Rest in peace young man and watch over and protect your family from above.
