Ronald Pollack Obituary
Ronald Pollack of Hartford also affectionately called Ronni, Baba, Father, Granddad, Papa, Mr. Pollack, was born April 15, 1925 in Buff Bay Jamaica. He journeyed to the United States in 1944 where he made Hartford Connecticut his home away from home. My grandfather was many things to many people. In the days since his death I've heard him described as a real estate mogul, a trooper and a generous giver. To his family he was a great patriarch, who never forgot where he came from. He regularly donated to the Buff Bay Hospital and Schools. His presence will be greatly missed. Granddad loved each of his children in his own way. Each of his children had a unique relationship with him that I'm sure they wouldn't trade for anything in the world. He's survived by one brother Percival A Pollack, five sons Narval "Keith", Edgar, Desmond, Lewin(Carlene) & Ronald " Paul"; three daughters Minette, Maisielyn Williams (Clarence), Vivia Shanks (Richard), 27 grandchildren and a host of great grand's and even 3 great- great grand children. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 9:00 am with a 8:00 am calling hour at Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Service 94 Granby Street, Bloomfield, CT Burial will be at Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield, CT Arrangements Entrusted to Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Service

To my loving dad, I will never forget you. You were a very talkative person and always listened, and solved what you could. I loved to hear you tell your jokes and all the stories you told me about grandmother Etel Walker. When you were a boy growing up, you always dressed very sharp and loved to go dancing. I remember how much you loved small children. Daddy you will be missed by everyone. You were the best dad I could have ever asked for. May your soul rest in eternal peace. I love you daddy.
