Ronald Nicholas Toce, 85, life-long resident of East Hartford, passed into the arms of his Heavenly Father on Sunday June 25th, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Ron leaves behind the love of his life and wife of almost 60 years, Kay (Purrington). He is survived by his daughters Kelly (Lee) Puttin of South Windsor, Denise (David) Parmenter of Columbia, Nicole (Jim) Winnie of Andover, and Heidi Toce of South Windsor; 5 grandchildren: Katelyn, Darien, Cameron, Jacob, and Arianna. Ron was predeceased by his grandson Kyle and granddaughter Daena. Ron also leaves behind his sister Carol (Jimmy) Kelly and brother Daniel Toce, both of East Hartford, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, many of which were very close to him. He was predeceased by his siblings: Gerald, Elaine, Theresa, Carmela, Anthony, Ann Marie, Rocco, Rose Marie, and John.

Ron retired from the Town of EH Street/Parks departments and later crossed school children.
