DELAMATER, Rose (Agosto)
Rose (Agosto) Delamater, 81, of Glastonbury died Monday (July 8, 2013) at Hartford Hospital. Born May 28, 1932 daughter of the late Frank and Maryanne (Staltaire) Agosto, She moved to Glastonbury 11 years ago to be close to her family. Prior to her retirement she was a stenographer in the Juvenile Court for the State of Connecticut and later in life pursued a career as a dental assistant. Rose was an avid reader and enjoyed spending her free time with her family and overnight stays at the casino with her daughter. She is survived by her devoted daughter and best friend Rosann (Merindino) , son-in-law Alan Petriello and 2 beloved grandsons ,who were always there for her, Michael and Matthew Petriello all of Glastonbury. She was predeceased by 2 brothers Anthony and Dominic Agosto and a sister Mary Spaulding.

Rosann,
So sorry for the loss of your mother. I know she was like a sister to you and always a confidant. She was a beautiful, strong and independent women. You were a wonderful daughter to her and always there for her, especially through her most difficult times this past year.
Time will heal.
