Ruth Primack Obituary

PRIMACK, Ruth Levy Ruth Levy Primack of Clifton Park, NY passed away on October 27, 2008. Ruth was born on November 5, 1916 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Sam and Sadie Glooskin. She was married to the late Abe Levy and the late Sam Primack. Ruth was a devoted mother to son's Sherwin (Gail) Levy of Plantation, Florida and Robert (Diane) Levy of Ballston Spa, New York. She took great joy in her six grandchildren; Karen, Robin, Jill (Brian), Scott (Meredith), Matthew (Sheila) and Joshua (Kristin). She was very proud of being a great grandma to ten children and a great, great grandma to one. Ruth also leaves behind her loving sister, Elaine (Lenny) Rose, of Bloomfield, Connecticut and loving brother, Ebner (Betty) Glooskin of West Hartford, Connecticut as well as nieces and nephews. A graveside service conducted by Rabbi Philip Lazowski will be held at The Hartford Mutual Cemetery on Tower Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut on Thursday, October 30, at 11 a.m. Those wishing to remember Ruth in a special way may make a memorial contribution to the Saratoga Community Hospice, 179 Lawrence Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The period of mourning will be observed on Thursday immediately following the service and on Friday from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 65 Henley Way, West Hartford, CT 06117.
