Sandy & family, May your sorrow at this difficult time be eased by the fond memories you have. The little I knew him he was a kind, gentle & fun soul who will be dearly missed by anyone who knew him. My heart goes out to the Baxter family. Ted, We will forever miss you. We have many fond memories of the 10 years living next door to you. My children often speak of their memories of growing up next to Mr. & Mrs. Baxter. You were the tough guy keeping us all safe in the neighborhood. Since we moved it has been a pleasure waiting for warmer weather knowing that Ted would be taking his daily walk and we would get to chit chat and catch up with one another. We will miss you and we will carry your memory with us always.
