It is with great sadness that we hear of the close of such a long and eventful life, filled with success and happiness. Although we did not know Thomas personally, we know he leaves a legacy of respect and admiration for a long life well lived.
With deepest condolences,

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to the Hagarty family. I tried several cases with Tom and had great respect for his abilities as a trial lawyer. He was one of the best.

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's death. I am Bob Halloran's daughter Betsy and remember Tom and Fran from childhood with very warm memories. That was 60 years ago or so. As a child, I loved Christine and was so very upset when she died. Tom was always so cheerful and friendly and filled with good will. I am sure you all will miss him greatly.
