Remembering a REAL-ONE we all go back like car seats. I'm Art-la-Rock cuz; "Larnell" B-Y gave me a nick name "See Straight" and all those dudes started calling me that. It wasn't a disrespect, they, smiled & laughed HEARING it but it really brought joy to all those dudes day when I came around. But that dam young bad mik-mik every 2 seconds in Keney park yelling out "See straight" trying to get laughs I wanted to strangle him ha ha. But over time Mik-mik realizing those older dudes wasn't disrespecting me it was just a nick name they say it like what up see straight if i'm walking up, or they walking up the joy came for everyone no arguing/fighting we all playing basketball. As the later years we in our late teens and 20's they removed the "see" just calling me STRAIGHT, others calling me Scott-la-rock saying me and my cuz look alike which brought me mad respect from all those kat's I could come and go while other dudes couldn't on the Avenue. They stayed deep on edgewood and albany at the ice parlor out front since teens. That dam YUMP was cool as a fan; much respect to all his brothers and cuz Scottie, jay keney park for decades. I moved South and over the earlier years they all were in and out I see them from time to time. Mik-mik I seen him years ago all grown up tall stretched out looking like Big Ray Young we kicked it that was a young man right there. Last time I seen Yump it was awhile long before this incident. I was with my cuz Arthur lee on Mather st at his pop's house and Nappy red appeared I was really glad to see him again. Those dudes are the REALEST!! And I'm glad I had the honor to grow up with alot of them in the northend. He had braids I said you looking like Mr Cheeks from the lost boy's we started laughing. we kicking it as we always did how the fam, where your crazy lil brother mik-mik joking, laughing till he left But same kat good dude I pray for his family!

Jan and I just heard the sad news. We're so very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and with all of your family and friends.
God chose to bring Tim home for His own good reason, and it's not ours to ask why. All we can do is walk with faith, knowing that we'll meet again somday - when those gates of Heaven swing open for us.

On behalf of my cousin and our entire family, I am asking for everyone's continued prayers and and meaning-full support. My cousin is in a much better place. Although, our family is hurting and we are seeking GOD for understanding and healing, I ask that in your prayers and through your prayers my cousin is granted peace. He was apart of us. A huge part of us. We miss him more than anyone will ever know and if we could turn back time, only turn the clock for a second. I have fond memories of Tim Coleman from Quirk Middle School years ago where I was one of his English teachers. He was one of the bright lights: always had a ready smile, gave nothing but his best, truly a memorable young man.
I was saddened to hear of his death. He's in good Hands now.

My bestie, my brother, my confidante, my heart goes out to you. I feel your pain and I cry with you. When I say to you that I know exactly how you feel, it's because I do and just like every other time that I needed you, you were there for me. The loss of a sibling is the most horrible pain one can experience, I often compare it to having open heart surgery without the anesthesia. The pain really can't be described. There are no words that can comfort you right now, I know that, but if you hold on to the many memories of "Nappy Red", you will see that slowly the pain will start to subside, the nights won't seem so long, and the sun will shine again. Tim,
This seems so surreal. My heart is shattered to know, that you are no longer here in our everyday shuffles. I would have never thought that our last conversation would be our very last. Although most the time, conversations were more like debating sessions;(I want to be right, and you never backing down).. Our sister/brother love for more years than I can count. We've shared a lot, laughed a lot and fussed a lot! I will hold every memory of you closest to my heart. I will never forget that smile, laugh, or that voice. You will be missed dearly. Rest my brother...
