Vincent lives on in all of us

Vincent was one of the most talented, lively, and interesting people to come through the economics program at Suffolk. Here is a photo of his receiving an Award for Academic Achievement in May 2019 - and very well-deserved it was too!
Like my colleagues who taught or worked with or knew Vincent, I was both shocked and saddened by his passing. It must be so much harder for those close to him, and my thoughts are with you at this trying time.

Hi,
I met Vinny at The University of Pittsburgh through the i3 Program. We were part of the 2017 Cohort. We had so many good times together. He was such a funny, positive and natural guy. I am so grateful I was able to know him for this short period of time and I am glad our paths crossed. Looking back through a few pictures, I remember the time we had lunch in Boston when he was attending Boston College. It was such short notice. I was visiting my brother in Rhode Island and Boston was only an hour away through train. I asked if he could give me a quick tour around the city and he didn't hesitate to say yes! I always appreciated his spontaneity.
I'm going to miss you Vinny, and sorry we couldn't have lunch again. Until next time brother.
With much love,
Tony Arias
