Officer Edgar was a great man in everything he did.
Growing up I learned his name at a very young age.
In 1963 he saved my life when he I was choking on a piece of liver that I grabbed from someone else's plate.
Because of him I'm here today with two wonderful children who have heard the story many times.
RIP Red
