William C. "Bill" King, Jr, 40, of Hartford, CT passed away on August 11, 2015. A celebration of his life will take place Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 11am at Phillips Metropolitan CME Church, 2550 Main St., Hartford, CT., with calling hours 9am-11am.
