Ted Clay Obituary
Hattiesburg, MS
Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at First Presbyterian Church for Mr. Ted P. Clay, Sr., 89, of Hattiesburg.
He died Monday, June 9, 2014 at Hattiesburg Health & Rehab.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Mr. Clay was a retired heavy equipment salesman and a member of First Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine (Kat) Clay and one son, Ted P. Clay, Jr.
He is survived by one daughter, Lynn Weatherford (Carl) of Ocean Springs; one brother, Guy Clay (Virginia) of Gulfport; two grandchildren, Michelle Robbins Catchot and Christopher Robbins; two great-grandchildren, Parker Wickstrom and Logan Wickstrom and his best friend, Pixie.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM Thursday at First Presbyterian Church.

I am so sorry to hear of Ted's death. He and your mom were very special people to me. What Christian faith he exemplified
for all of us. I know you will miss him as much as you do your sweet mom. My prayer is for you to find His peace and comfort as you proceed forward with all you have to do. I am here for you - please let me know how I can help in any way.

My heart is saddened to read of Ted Clay's passing. I did not know him, however his brother, Guy Clay, Sr., is a relative of mine who I love very much. May God give all the Clay family comfort, strength and peace as they go through this difficult time.
