Dr Bussell was missed at the recent first and only Fitzsimons physician reunion in Denver, Colorado . His classmates that were part of his internal medicine residency were saddened to hear of Dr Norman Bussell´s passing he was in inspiration to us all. He chose his own path and pursued life with full vigor he outranked all of all of us yet he was gracious and patient with his newly minted physician interns. Dr. Bussell was a man of honor, honesty and integrity. He was humble. He was patient, and would say there is no stupid question. Always learned so much from our conversations. As the saying goes, they just don’t make em like him anymore. I will miss you my friend.

Dr Bussell was amazing. He always had extra time to help with patient issues. We all learned so much from you during our weekly antibiotic stewardship meetings. It was truly an honor to work with such a beloved physician with an awesome sense of humor. Rest in peace my friend

Dr. Bussell was one of the most special guys I’ve ever worked with. He never came in to do rounds at the hospital without popping in to see me, share pictures of his grandkids and ask me how my family was doing.
I won’t forget his sweet smile and his generous heart.
