Sandra Marie Garman
Sandra Marie Garman, 74, passed away on Monday Sept. 27, 2021 surrounded by her family. She is now peaceful and pain free.
Sandy, born Aug. 27, 1947 in Pittsburgh along with her two brothers, Eddie and Duane, and sister Margaret ( Peg). She was active in the Catholic church in both Lake Havasu City and Phoenix.
In the early 1970s, she met Paul and moved to Lake Havasu City Arizona. They were married for 25 years when Paul passed away. Then in 2004, they moved out to Phoenix to be closer to family. She is survived by her daughter Melissa Hernandez (Garman) of Oakland, who gave Sandy the most adorable triplet grandsons August, Gage and Finn (8) she loved to talk about them. Her son Daniel Garman and Heather Garman (Goodyear) who gave Sandy two more adorable grandchildren Cameron (8) and Lucas (5). She loved being with them and seeing them grow. She also is the grandma to twins Jayde and John (17) who shared her birthday, she always said that was her best birthday gift ever, and their mom Devin Garman (Oregon).
Sandy was a friend to everyone, even if she did not know you. She would strike up a conversation with you in line at Walmart like you were old friends. She was kind, loving and truly loved her friends and family. She also loved to shop (evidence shown by the bags and bags of clothes, shoes and handbags we donated) and spoil her grandkids. The grandkids were her life, they could do no wrong and got whatever they wanted (unlike us kids who had rules!!)
In short, Sandy will be missed by all, especially her family. Please join us in celebrating her life at 11 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2021 at Pavilion A at Rotary Park in Lake Havasu City.

Sandy and I had a long and lovely conversation around her birthday this year. We graduated together from Mt. St. Macrina Academy and, although we lived on opposite sides of the country, kept in touch periodically and thoroughly enjoyed our semi-annual school reunions. She will be greatly missed at our next one. She and her family are in my daily prayers.

Sandy was a very special FB friend on the Triplet Grandma page. She said many prayers for me, my family and our Angel Ally during her struggle in NICU with staph infection and passing. Sandy will always hold a special place in my heart. Prayers for you all.

I was Sandy´s teacher at Mt. Macrina Academy. She spent some time with me when we both made it back to the Academy for reunions. I will miss her Facebook postings. My sympathy and prayers are with you all.

I worked with Sandy many years at LHNC. She was a hard worker & did anything that needed to be done. One holiday none of the aides came in to work on my side. She , my husband who was a volunteer & I took care of the entire wing by our selves!! She has always been my friend & I will miss her. I also remember all the "blue light specials" she found. She talked fondly about you kids all the time you truly were her life.
