Stephen Alexander Obituary
Stephen was a devoted father to his two beloved daughters, Megan Williams and Caitlin Rose Alexander. Megan, along with her husband Garrett Williams and their daughters Rosalie and Maeve, resides in Encinitas, California. Caitlin and her husband Jason Kuhn make their home in Carlsbad, California. Stephen's pride in his daughters was evident to all who knew him, and he cherished the time spent with his family.
In recent years, Stephen lived in Yuma with his dear companion, Judy Lunden. However, following his cancer diagnosis in August, he relocated to Encinitas to be closer to his daughters during his final months. His courage and grace during his battle with cancer were a testament to his strength of character.
Stephen's life was marked by his dedication to his family and friends, who remember him fondly for his kindness and willingness to support others. His legacy of love and generosity will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Stephen Lewis Alexander will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were touched by his warmth and compassion. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Hi, this is Jeff Taplin, Steve's Cousin. We hadn't spoken in some time and today I tried reaching out to Steve with my last record of his phone #. It didn't work. I did some research knowing that he moved to Yuma, AZ from Lake Havasu and found that he passed away. I'm so sorry to hear this news. I will always remember Steve and I at Grandma's House in Downey during the Holiday's sneaking out and sharing chocolates that we swiped from the cupboards. We will all miss him much.

It was such a pleasure to know this wonderful man! Steve took me for an eyelid appointment and took me home and helped so many people in our little group of friends, including taking one regularly to the grocery store. He made the best chocolate pies I ever tasted and would give you a 2nd pie if you told him how good they were! I´ll always remember him as fun and ready to help ANYone who needed a hand. Condolences to Judy and his wonderful family, Athena and daughters and grandchildren.

Steve was always up for anything fun. We had so many great years together co parenting raising our two daughters. One of the best memories was along time ago when we chartered a huge sailboat with a bunch of friends meeting up in St Thomas and Steve captaining the boat all the way to Virgin Gorda and back. What fun. Peggy, Fred, Shiela, Shorty, Honestly, I can't remeber everyting. LOL
