Susan Pfeiffer Obituary

Susan Reeves Pfeiffer, of Lake Havasu City passed away peacefully at her home, at the age of 65 on Jan. 10, 2021.
Sue is survived by her husband Jim Pfeiffer, brother Randy Reeves, daughter Kristin Young, song Drew Young, stepdaughter Melinda Wendel-Smith, grandchildren Jaycee, Aiden, Riley, Jaxon, and Katie.
Susan was born in Germany at Wiesbaden AFF on May 21, 1955 to her parents Edward and Elizabeth Reeves. She studied at Pepperdine University. Susan started as a secretary at University of California, Los Angeles. Over the next 35 years, she moved up to a chief administrative Officer, chief financial officer. On Oct. 8, 1993 she married Jim, who was a plumber at University of California, Los Angeles. She tripped over Jim's feet while he was working at UCLA, both fell head over heels in love. Sue always referred to herself as a military "brat" which allowed her to travel all over the world. She spoke often of her adventures and shenanigans of traveling with a mischievous twinkle in her eye.
Susan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and loved to go motorcycling. Sue never passed up a french fry she didn't love. The world lost a gentle soul, she had a smile that would light a room. Sue will be greatly missed by all. Go Pack Go!

A celebration of Life will be held at the Office Cocktail Lounge on May 22 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., 2021, celebrating the life and legacy of Susan Reeves Pfeiffer.
