Thomas Quinn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of beloved father and brother, Thomas "Tommy" James Quinn, of Lake Havasu City Arizona, at the age of 65. He left us on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024. His friends and family are devastated by his sudden passing. Tom was born January 15, 1959, in Long Island, New York to George and Ginny Quinn.
Tommy is survived by his children; Mellisa Quinn, TJ Quinn, Andrew Quinn, and James Quinn; his grandchildren; Bryanna, Damian, Jaiden, Dustin, Tyler, Trevor, Andrew Ray, and Bailey; his siblings; Frank Quinn, Dan Quinn, George Quinn, Carolyn Quinn, Elise Schuster, and Joanne Osuna. He loved all of his children and would do anything for them. He was not just a father, but a great brother, an amazing friend, and an even better person. He will be deeply missed.
The Quinn family moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona in June of1977. Throughout his life he lived in Long Island, New Jersey, and Lake Havasu.
He loved life and was always up for an adventure. Tommy had the greatest sense of humor and a augh that was so contagious you couldn't help but laugh with him. He always had something funny to say and would make you feel better even if he was having a tough day. He loved staying busy and listening to his 70's music. He enjoyed going to Body Beach in Lake Havasu since 1979 and made sure it was clean and ready for the day.
He put up the American Flag that stands there today and added benches for everyone to enjoy. He always wanted to help someone, without them even knowing it was him. He was a very caring person and had the biggest heart. Tommy didn't like recognition but did many things anonymously that deserved such an honor.
A Celebration of Life honoring the memory and life of Tommy will be held at Body Beach on (TBA). Feel free to come celebrate and tell stories about him…. He would love it.

Life will never be the same without you. I hurt everyday thinking about you. I wish I could call you like I did everyday after work. A piece of me is gone forever. I love you and miss you more than words can explain. I´m thankful for all the fun times we had together. Traveling across the country with you are memories I´ll never forget. I love you Dad

Tommy is forever missed. I heard he had passed a few months back and speculated we´d all miss him. Now a few months later I realize how much. He was an amazing family friend..a usually patient human and did a lot for people on his own. He devoted himself to keeping Body Beach user friendly and trash free. I´m proud to call him my friend of many years. We´ll meet up again one day
