Kimberly Beth Ison, age 53, of Hazard, KY passed away on Nov. 11, 2014 at the Hazard Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late James Odell Summerset and the late Opal Young Summerset.
She is survived by her husband: Dwight Ison; two sons: Matthew Corey Ison and Candace and Eric Joseph Ison and Ashley; one sister: Joey Taylor and Bill; one brother: Jeff Summerset and Kim and two grandchildren: Kaleb Lee Ison and Jaxton Paul Ison.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard's Mountain View Chapel, where family received friends from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, Nov. 14, and funeral services were held at 12 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 15, with Danny Dixon, Scott Halcomb, and Kenzie Ison officiating. Interment was at the Riverside Cemetery in Hazard.
