Bethlehem
Eva Joyce Jennings of Bethlehem, Ky. passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, 2023 at Baptist Health Louisville. She was born on Feb. 15, 1938 in Pleasureville, Ky., the daughter of Albert and Essie Dunham Wood. Joyce attended Drennon Christian Church. She was a homemaker and provided childcare in her home for many families.
She is survived by six sons; Jerry Jennings of Lockport, Ky., James Jennings of Bethlehem, Ky., Gary Jennings of Sanders, Ky., Charles (Debbie) Jennings of Pleasureville, Ky., Carroll Jennings of Bethlehem, Ky. and Jeffrey Allen Booth of Bethlehem, Ky., three daughters; Elizabeth ""Sissy"" Jennings of Bethlehem, Ky., Patricia Pike of Carrollton, Ky., and Barbara Jennings of Bethlehem, Ky., one sister; Juanita (Carl) Rogg of Dayton, Ky., 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband; James Jennings (1983), one son; Benny Joe Jennings and one sister; Pauline Youtsey.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023 at Sholar-Riley Funeral Home with Mr. Anthony Tyler Wayman officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, from 4–7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Point Pleasant Cemetery. Online condolences may be made online at www.sholarrileyfuneralhome.com.
