Brent "Woody" Edgar Woodward
On the evening of October 10, 2025 at approximately 10 pm, Brent passed away at St. Peters Hospital in Helena, Montana, surrounded by his family. Brent was 79 years old.
Brent was proceeded in death by his mother Violet Lorene Gilbert and George Woodward; and his surviving family members are his wife, Terry Jo Woodward; his son Tony Woodward, his daughter in-law Shannon Woodward and his grandchildren; Mckenzie Johnson, Molly Kolman, and Melanie Woodward.
Brent was an automotive body man and technician for over 50 years and loved helping restore vehicles. His passions included his pets, golf, bowling and competitive shooting. He and Terry moved to Montana in 2002 to pursue their greatest love, being grandparents and following the lives of their 3 grandchildren.
We would like to thank the entire staff at St Peters Hospital for their amazing care of Brent and their compassion as he dealt with a very aggressive form of Dementia.
Brent was celebrated and laid to rest in a private service with family on his favorite mountain in Montana.
