LANGENBACH, Robert G. "Bob," age 98, of Helena, passed away March 31, 2023. A Memorial Service is set for 10:00 a.m. today, April 28, 2023, at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home with a reception to follow the service in the Social Hall of the funeral home. Burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Please visit www.aswfuneralhome.com to offer a condolence to the family or to share a memory of Bob.

I remember Mr. Langenbach fondly from when he worked at the family store on 5th Ave. I would go in with a nickel and deliberate over items in the penny candy display as though I was choosing a new car. He was always so patient and kind to a seven year old who thought penny candy was the world of high finance.
