Mr. Lewis was a graduate of Okmulgee High School, where he played basketball for the Bulldogs. He was a graduate of Central State University (now UCO), a United States Army veteran and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
Service arrangements are pending with the Okmulgee Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors.
