Beverly Hill Obituary
BEVERLY RUTH HILL, 82, of Hurricane, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday December 4, 2025 after a long illness.
She was born to the late Roy and Ruth (Barr) Payne on January 21, 1943 in Charleston, WV. In addition to her parents, Beverly was also preceded in death by her brother, Mark Payne.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Hallet Hill; daughter, Lisa Toothman (James) of Hurricane, WV; sons: David Hill of Chicago IL, and Jon Hill (Emily) of Mebane, NC; granddaughters: Abigail and Hannah Toothman; grandson, Jackson Hill; and brother, Steve Payne.
As per her wishes there will be a private gathering at a later date.

Oh, I was thinking today when you were featured on "The Jackie Oblinger Show" (Charleston live broadcast) along with the other 54 county beauty contestants vying for the title of "Miss WV Centennial" in 1963. I begged to skip school that day so I could watch, but wasn't allowed to! A lifelong regret!
