Billy Goad Obituary
Celebration of Life will be conducted at 5 p.m. Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. John Gue.
He was born May 30, 1956, a son of the late Bill and Patricia Goad. He was a retired employee of J. H. Fletcher and Company.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Teresa Shupe Goad; daughter, Mindy Stephens of Nags Head, NC; sons, Josh Goad of Murfreesboro, TN and Jared Goad (Teresa) of Wytheville, VA; grandchildren, Brody Stephens, Jordan Goad, Lindsey Goad, and Andrew Goad; sister, Lisa Hayes of Macon, GA; and brothers, Jeff Goad and Jason Goad, both of Barboursville. Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m. at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
