Gene always volunteered every Monday at the Red Cross. We loved him and every donor asked for him by name. He was full of stories and always working his puzzles. He came with a smile and gifts for the other volunteers and workers each time. He was a giver and never wanted any glory or attention for his good deeds. We will truly miss him.

Gene was a good man, He loved his McDonald´s families at the Huntington Mall and Milton. He knew many friends there heaven gained an angel. His friends miss him very much. Prayers for the family

I live next door to Gene for over 30 years. He was a very good neighbor. Always willing to help if I needed it. He wrote me note last Wednesday evening and put it in my porch. It was about all the construction they are doing on our street. He told me I could park on his grass if I couldn´t get in my garage. He kept to himself but was always kind to me. Sorry for your loss.
