Judith Kay Webb

JUDITH KAY WEBB née BERDINE passed December 18, 2025, peacefully in her quiet home in the woods while a fire warmed her hearth. Born in Parkersburg, WV on October 21, 1941 to parents Lillian Joy and William Berdine, along with her two brothers Rudy and Edgar.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Dr. Deleno H. "Pat" Webb III. Mother of two sons, Patrick Gregory and the late Eric Shawn; grandmother of seven; and great-grandmother of four.
A devout Catholic and parishioner of St. Joseph's, she was guided by her fervent faith and lived for a commitment to good works and service. An alumna of DeSales Heights, St. Mary's and Marshall University, Judith was a nurse who believed laughter was the best medicine. She will be remembered for her love of westerns, jellybeans and butterflies, and will be missed for her indefatigable sense of humor.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Greg and Lisa Webb; seven grandchildren Patrick Webb and partner Crystal Myers, Lanie Childers and husband John, Jordan Provanzano and husband Phil, Lakin Brooks and wife Jess, Chloe Webb, Tristan Webb, Ryan Webb and fiance Olivia Goodenough; four great-grandchildren, Reagan, Elayna, Maci and Asher; and older brother and sister-in-law Rudy and Jill Berdine.
A visitation will be held at Huntington St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. on December 29, with a funeral mass to follow at 11 a.m. Donations may be made to St. Joseph's in her name.
The family asks those who wish to honor her memory to watch one black-and-white western where the hero wins in the end.
