I taught with Sandy at Indian Woods Middle School. She had a great sense of humor. I remember her telling of a student who complained about his grade. He asked Mrs. Riggle why he got a D. She said with a straight face-because you have too many points for a F.
I have related that story to many teachers and they thought this was the best comeback!
My thoughts are with you all.
