Louise Esque Obituary
LOUISE PINKERMAN ESQUE, 96, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 16, 2025. She passed peacefully at home with her daughter and niece by her side.
She was born on January 18, 1929, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Raphael and Irene Aliff Pinkerman. She retired from Owens-Illinois after 32 years of service. She was a member of Davis Bowen Church and she loved her family and friends very much.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Corbley Esque, three sisters, Ermalie Pinkerman, Delores Hillier, and Mary Sacre, and two brothers, Wendell and Keith Pinkerman.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane Esque, two sisters, Geraldine Wright (Larry) and Karen Jones (Mike), and sister-in-law, Kay Pinkerman.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday, October 20, 2025 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Services will be conducted at 3 p.m., following visitation by Pastor Sam Preston. Burial will be at Bowen Cemetery, Huntington, WV.
A special thank you to friends and family who provided food and comfort during her illness, as well as, Hospice of Huntington for their compassionate care.

She was my sweet and loving Aunt. After my mom -her sister Deloris Hillier passed in 2011 she called me weekly to check on me and invited me to visit anytime and had me over for holiday dinners. She was so good to me and I will so miss the calls and her caring ways. She knew how much she meant to me. She came to me in a dream last night. I was visiting and she was beside her daughter Diane and Diane asked where something was. She said in her sweet voice well Dee Dee it´s in the kitchen sink sweety. She sounded so good. Not sick but so strong. I´ll miss you sweet Aunt Louise. Please keep visiting me in my dreams...
