Mary "Maggie" Norris

MARY "MAGGIE" NORRIS of Barboursville, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. She will be remembered for her strength, warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with family and friends.
Maggie was the beloved wife of the late Donald Lee Norris of Huntington, West Virginia. She was a devoted mother and cherished her family deeply. She is survived by her sons, Donald Lee Norris II and Charles David Norris, along with his wife Leigh Anne Norris. She was also the proud grandmother of Alice Anne Norris and Benjamin David Norris, who brought her great joy.
She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Adkins, and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Dotson and Nancy Dotson, who shared bonds of love and support with her throughout her life.
Maggie was preceded in death by her father, Willie Dotson, her mother, Ercy Dotson, and her siblings Cecil Dotson, Franklin Dotson, Billy Dotson, Jackie Dotson, Meredith Adkins, Calvin Dotson, and Donnie Dotson.
Her legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren, sister, extended family, and the many lives she touched with her compassion and generosity.
A viewing will be held at Chapman Mortuary on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 1 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of her life.
