MICHAEL EDWARDS Obituary





MICHAEL R. EDWARDS, 65, of Proctorville, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. He was born March 14, 1951, in Huntington, W.Va., son of the late Robert and Erma Edwards. He was a member of Christ Temple Church and Proctorville Masonic Lodge 550 F&AM. He retired from Heiner's Bakery and was a Vietnam Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Diana Edwards; daughter, Nacole (J.W.) Cunningham of Huntersville, N.C.; son, Brian (Heather) Edwards of Angola, N.Y.; stepson, Brad (Heather) Wysong of Huntington, W.Va.; eight grandchildren, Addison, Sydney, Skylar, Paige, Ryder, Brithney, Jodi and Mikayla; sister, Carolyn (Gary) Chafens of Proctorville, Ohio; and a host of special friends. At his request, there will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements.
