RICHARD L. CLONCH, 73, of Gallipolis, Ohio, husband of Marion Clonch, died March 9 at his residence. He was a retired truck driver. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Willis Funeral Home; burial at East Smithfield. Visitation will be 2-3 p.m. March 12 at Willis Funeral Home. www.willisfuneralhome.com
