TAYLOR WHEELER Obituary
TAYLOR CHANTEL WHEELER, 28, of Huntington, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017, in Huntington. She was born June 27, 1989, in Huntington, a daughter of Kisha Wheeler and Willie Sharp, both of Huntington. Taylor was a 2007 Graduate of Huntington High School and attended West Virginia State, playing basketball for both schools and majoring in criminal justice in college. She had a caring heart and an infectious, beautiful smile. She worked in food service. In addition to her parents, survivors include a sister, Aaryn Johnson of Huntington; a half-sister, Jade Fleeman of Huntington; her maternal grandparents, Samuel and Wanetta Wheeler of Huntington; her paternal grandmother, Gloria Wilson of Huntington; two uncles, Shawn Wheeler of Huntington and Samuel T. Wheeler of Cincinnati, Ohio; a niece, Ivy Wheeler of Huntington; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2017, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Gary Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.chapmans-mortuary.com.
