Annabelle Hinton Obituary

SHELBYVILLE - Annabelle L. Hinton, 91, of Shelbyville died at 10:10 p.m. Friday (February 2, 2007) in the Shelby Manor. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Dr. David Middleton officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. She was born July 11, 1915 in Mattoon the daughter of Henry and Eva Esther Lindner Gebhart. She married Glen H. Hinton and he preceded her in death March 7, 1988. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Shelbyville and a graduate Arcola High School and Sparks College, Shelbyville. She and her husband owned and operated Hinton's Tavern in Shelbyville. Surviving are sons, Larry Hinton (Carol) of Gainesville, FL, Donald Hinton (Nancy) of LaCrosse, WI and Clete Hinton (Joan) of Fountain, AZ; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
