Mrs. Tobin was my first grade teacher teacher. Good memories. I still have some of the art projects I did in her class.

I am sadden to read Mrs. Tobin's obit this morning. My son had Mrs. Tobin for the first grade at Muffley in 1983/84. Over the years, my son has mentioned her as being one of, if not the most influential educator he was blessed to have. He himself is now is a high school principal in Northern Illinois. I remember her fondly through many school functions. Mrs. Tobin was a very caring person when it came to her students. No doubt this lady will dwell with the Blessed Lord, may she rest in peace until the Resurrection.
