Margot,
I am so sorry to learn of Michael's passing. He was much too young. In my grade school years, I lived on Dennis, around the corner from him. All of my memories of him are from school days. It sounds like he was a great contributor during his life. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Margot and Family, I heard today about Mike's death, and I know that he fought cancer courageously for a long time.

I am deeply sorry for you and the family. I know that many Decatur friends will mourn his passing as I do. Even though I have been gone a long time from Decatur, I still remember that you and Mike were among the very first people we knew in Decatur, and your kindness and friendship over many years was greatly appreciated.

Chris Foster told me to go to the Herald and Review site, and the words there are so true of Mike. He was intelligent, caring, lots of fun, and loved his family dearly.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. It will be hard for you Margo, but I know you have a strong support system and 44 years of wonderful memories. Fondly, Judy

Margo and family - you have my deepest sympathy. Mike fought the good fight. He was my first neighborhood friend and pal and I reflect fondly about growing up together. I thought of him last Thursday on his birthday and often. God bless you all.
