He is survived by his wife Carole Blanchard and his children; Mark Blanchard of Normal, IL, Elaine (Bill) Weber of Plano, TX, David Blanchard of Guthrie, OK, Rosemary (Paul) Lewis of Yukon, OK, Angie Stauffer of Clinton, IL, Ted Blanchard Jr. of Clinton, IL, Roger (Amanda) Craig of Mt. Zion, IL and Cathy Atkins of Knoxville, TN.
He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
Per his request he has been accorded cremation rites and there will be no service.
