Judy I am just finding all this out a year later. So sorry for you loss AL was a great guy that I knew for many years but really never knew all this info on how rich & famous & giving he really was ! To me he was just one of my mail customers that had become a friend. I am saddened to find out that he's no longer with us. Condolences to you & the rest of the family. Hugs & prayers, love Pam

I first met Al in 1964 when I joined the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen. I had the privilege of working with him on only one engagement (2 memorable weeks in Crossett, Arkansas), but my fondest memory is January 2, 1997 when we spent three glorious hours together as the Gators dominated the 'Noles for their first national championship. Rest in peace, old friend!

What a great person! First knew him as a competitor in Miami where he was at Arthur Andersen, always as a Gator and later on when we served together on the UF Foundation Board.
He never allowed his success to change him and was always a pleasure to spend time with him!!
God Bless him and his family for their love of Gatorland!!

I know that even though you have a loss, you still have some great memories. I hope those memories will give you comfort in knowing God is with you and your family lean on him in your time of sorrow.
