David J. Preve Jr.

PREVÉ, DAVID J., Jr., age 45, passed away on July 19, 2014 with his loving family by his side. He is survived by his mother, Barbara McCaffrey, his father David J. Preve and his wife Maylin, his brother Jordan, his aunt Carolyn and his many uncles, cousins and extended family. Born in San Francisco, CA and raised in Arlington, VA, David was a graduate of Gonzaga College High School, Washington, DC and received his bachelor's degree from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC. He most recently worked at the U.S. Department of Education in Washington, DC for over 15 years. David will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and in the lives he touched through organ donation. A memorial service celebrating his life is planned in his hometown. David cared deeply for the military and donated generously to the Marine Corps.
