I read of Masses being offered for Elsa this week in the St Rose of Lima Bulletin. I never knew that she died. I worked with both Elsa & her sister Merly at Miami Heart Institute. I was the Nursing Supervisor & they both were such excellent CCU Nurses. Now they are together for eternity. My sincere thoughts & prayers to her family.

Mg Elsa, you were an inspiration to all of us why we became a nurse. You were a perfect picture of a nurse who cared first for her patients and everybody and the last she cared about was herself. You are a hero!

to all our good friends from here in florida and around the world who in one way or another had shared our grief in this very challenging time, we thank you very much. It has been very hard for all of us her close family coming into terms how quickly she left us and how awfully miss her a lot. Life is never the same without her beautiful smile. Bascom Palmer (where we both work together) has never been the same since she left us. We missed her a lot....

Elsa was such a sweet kind hearted person who will be truly missed. She took care of my girls and she always help calm my nerves so that i could keep my focus on my girls. We will miss her very much my prayers are with all and the family.
