I'll always have many fond memories of Uncle Irvin, Aunt Florence, Rachel and Irvin III coming for visits to Chattanooga, Uncle Irvin's birthplace. Those were very special times because the Irvin Elligans, at that time, were the only immediate family members that lived away from the home place. I look forward to the day when all of God's children will have a great reunion--never again to live far away from each other; but to spend eternity with our Heavenly Father and all the loved ones who have gone on ahead of us.

Dear Uncle and Cousins,
My deepest sympathy to you. My memories of Aunt Florence are few due to the miles that separated our families, but they are vivid because of her warmth and loving kindness.

Reverend Elligan and Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I sat behind the two of you at church a couple of Sundays ago and will always remember Mrs.Elligan's warm smile as I shook her hand after the service. She was a very special lady.
