Frank, We spoke many times in the 25 years we were neighbors. I especially remember after Hurricane Andrew and again one day at the Fruit & Spice Park in Homestead.

You ridiculed our little dogs, chanting "Hold that tiger, hold that tiger" for the Yorkie and your snap judgement of the new Chihuahua was "tiene buen paso", for his confident gait.

I feel privileged to have known you. You died on my late fathers birthday --an April 19th.
