I'm sorry to say that I did not keep in touch with Frank Noto, because his wife Win was my good friend. But this message is for his children, Chris & Nola, Frank & Cyndy, Janice & Allan, and Arthur & Becky: When I go to the cemetery to see my husband, Pete, I'll be sure to stop to see Win & Frank! I'm still working, selling real estate, and now live in Vero Beach! My email is [email protected], and would love to hear from you. Macy Barcia

Mr. Noto was my second district manager and the one I admired most in my career. He was truly a great man and will be missed. So glad my wife and I got to travel on Alumni cruises with him for a few years.
