Miami, Florida - Born in Miami, Jacquelean Tew ("Jacqui") was raised in foster care and never knew her parents. Despite the odds, she managed to enroll in a community college and secure a job as a pharmacy technician. But she often said that her greatest accomplishment and joy of her life was her daughter, Jade Tew, to whom she gave birth as a single teenage mother. Jacqui had a big heart, often volunteering to assist the poor at charitable organizations, and a beautiful smile that will be missed by many.
