MULTACK, JO ELENN DAVIDSON, The board of trustees, administration, physicians, employees and volunteers of Mount Sinai Medical Center pay tribute to Jo Ellen "Jodi" Multack, a loving wife and mother, and a dedicated member of our philanthropic family. Jodi touched the lives of many with her warm personality and her dedication to family and friends. She was a devoted philanthropist who generously supported Mount Sinai. Both she and her husband, Bill, are members of the Founders Club and Benefactors in the Society of Mount Sinai, the organization that represents the highest level of giving in the hospital's Foundation. Bill Multack also is a member of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Board of Trustees and The Cancer Lifeline Board. Jodi, who courageously battled cancer for 15 years, sought to help others overcome illness by establishing the Jodi Multack Special Procedures Laboratory, a state-of-the- art diagnostic and treatment facility at Mount Sinai. Jodi is survived by her loving parents and sister, devoted husband and son, and a host of relatives and friends. All of us at Mount Sinai extend our heartfelt condolences to the Multack family.
