I spoke at her retirement dinner in Miami when she retired. She was a wonderful lady and an exemplary principal.

Joella Good was my professor at Florida Atlantic University and my supervisor when I interned in 1969. Her ability to teach, motivate, and support her students was incredible.
She was my mentor and I owe most of my teaching success during my 34 years in the Miami-Dade Public Schools to her. Through the years, she always maintained her interest in my career and she was thrilled when I was named the Dade County Teacher of the Year only 10 years after my graduation.
Knowing Mrs. Good was a joy. She was a model of gentleness and love. I thank the Lord for allowing me the opportunity to be schooled by her in education and in life. She will be missed, but I know that even know the Lord is welcoming her with open arms.

Dear Joe & Peggy,
Your mother changed so many lives for the better...She was ahead of her time and a guiding light for others to follow in her foot steps.
You and your families have always been a blessing for her and brought great joy to her life.
She may no longer stand at our side, but there is no dought that she will always be with us in spirit.
Our love and prayers go with you,
Don & Kay Gardner

I have wonderful memories of "Mrs. Good". She was a wonderful mom, friend and mentor to me as I spent many happy times at her home with my best friend Peggy and her sister Jo. She will be sorely missed. Please keep in touch, Jo and Peggy. Love, Amy (Anderson-Mcclure)

My deepest sympathy to the family at this time. Joella became a client of mine and we maintained a friendship. She was a delightful lady and will be missed. Sincerely, Sandy Reiseman

A unique lady named Joella left an indelible mark upon the lives of many. She taught us all the values of honesty, love for fellow person, ability to laugh at oneself, and a true joy of life. She will be remembered in our hearts and memories forever.

May God's blessings be upon your family. We know that she is celebrating with Jesus now.
