Dear Mr.& Mrs. Berg,
I was deeply sadden when I heard the news about Johnny. It seemed just like yesterday he was sitting in my fourth grade class at Gulliver. He was such a sweet child who was always smiling. I pray to God to give you both the strength to cope with such a loss. All of you are in my prayers.

Mary Pat, John, and Chris,
Even though its been years since I've seen you guys Johnny has always been in my memories of the past. Growing up as kids he was a fun loving guy and always had a smile on his face no matter what was going on. He was a great guy and I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.

Berg Family,
I was very saddened to hear about the loss of Johnny. He was a good friend to all he came in contact with. We shared a lot of memories and he will always be remembered.

Johnny was a wild guy always happy, always smiled. Not scared of anything , his bravery was like no other. He will be missed by all of us in Cutler Ridge.

Iam so sorry to hear about Johnny.I cant begin to understand the pain you all must be going through.
When I think of all the memories we made. I see Johnny's brilliant SMILE whether he was happy or in trouble. He always had such a Beautiful Smile.
I remember the trips we would take to the Keys.Marypat you would spread potatoe chips so the kids could look at the fish.Johnny would always be at the bottom looking at the baby sharks. All the boys thought he was so brave swimming with the sharks.

Mary Pat, John and Christopher -
I am so sorry to hear about Johnny. I will forever remember him as my first love. A crazy, fun-loving guy who cranked up anything by Hank Williams, Jr., loved to boat and fish, and who was always up for an adventure. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, and I am so very sorry for your loss.

John,
I am so sorry about the loss of your son Johnny. I had the pleasure of meeting him while I lived in Miami when he was in court on a traffic case. He was a very nice person as are you.
