Kieran P. Fallon Esq

FALLON, KIERAN ESQ. Attorney Kieran P. Fallon, 59, was born in Providence, Rhode Island and passed on February 2, 2015 in Miami, Florida with his best friend and wife, Rae Shearn, by his side. Attorney Fallon is the son of the late Patrick J. Fallon and survived by his loving mother, Mary Ryan Fallon. Kieran Fallon earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College, Class of 1977, and graduated from Boston Law School with Honors, Class of 1980. In 1981 he was a Law Clerk for Chief Justice Thomas F. Kelleher on the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Kieran moved to Miami to join the State Attorney's Office under Janet Reno, where he met his wife, and served as the Chief of Organized Crime and Chief of the Robbery Division. Afterwards Kieran continued his successful career as a criminal defense attorney, with his law practice including civil cases and business interests. Kieran is a partner with Patrick Gleber and David Bracha of several renowned Miami restaurants, including The River Oyster Bar and Oak Tavern. Kieran was a loving husband, a loyal friend, and genuine counselor. His distinguished legal career and accomplishments were centered on his love of Irish story telling, and his patient and kindhearted manner. Memorial services will be held in Miami on Feb. 4th from 7 to 9 PM with Wake at Stanfill Funeral Home. On Feb. 5th at 11 AM, Funeral Mass at Holy Rosary-St. Richard Church 7500 SW 152 St., Palmetto Bay, with a gathering after the mass at 899 Bella Vista Ave, Gables by the Sea. His final resting place will be at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, RI.
